RECOMMENDED DOSE
Mix 1 scoop (8.1 g) with 118-177 mL (4-6 oz.) of cold water (vary the amount of water to achieve your desired taste and sweetness level) and consume 20-30 minutes before training. To achieve maximum results, take on an empty stomach. During your workout it is recommended that you drink plenty of water. Do not consume within four hours before bedtime. You should not consume more than 200 mg of caffeine every 4 hours.
CAUTIONS
This product is only intended to be consumed by healthy adults 18 years of age or older. Do not take this product with alcohol. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not use if you are at risk or are being treated for any medical condition including, but not limited to: high or low blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, stroke, heart, liver, kidney or thyroid disease, seizure disorder, psychiatric diseases, diabetes, beta-alaninemia, or benign prostatic hyperplasia.
