• SUGGESTED USE

  As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (5000mg) in water or your favorite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days. Do not exceed 5000mg per serving. For maintenance use, take 1 serving (5000mg) immediately after training.
