Most Common Ways to Use Yeouth Naturals Essential Oils
Topical - Essential oils applied to the skin are absorbed into the body easily and rapidly because of their tiny molecular structures. Many essential oils are so concentrated that they must be diluted with a "carrier oil" to be safely used directly on the skin. Never put undiluted essential oils on your skin and avoid applying to sensitive area such as eyes, ears, genitals, and mucous membranes. A 2% dilution is suitable for most adults. Add two drops of essential oil to one teaspoon of carrier oil.
Aromatic - In the process known as aromatherapy, essential oils are diffused into the air, providing the benefit of the oils as they are inhaled. Use two to three drops of essential oil per 100 ml of water in a diffuser.
